We exist to serve the underserved and our specialty is working with senior borrowers.  When reverse mortgage and other retirement based loans come up for audit, this demographic is often less able to use technology to its advantage.  We calmly, patiently and compassionately work with these homeowners and adapt our curement methods to the individual situation.  We are a team of lawyers, real estate pros, and technology veterans that have more than 35 years of combined experience in dealing with reverse mortgages and reverse mortgage borrowers.  We are passionate about serving the senior demographic and making sure that their loan files progress to FHA insurance issuance without issue.
